Cake Delivery




Customers are to ensure that all cakes must be chilled at least 4 hours before handing over to delivery team. Cake structures are to be solid and no moving parts are allowed on the cake surface. Customer must agree that during delivery inertia, movements, bumps are inevitable and therefore cakes must be structurally well. If there is a topper , do separate it in another box and advice customer to put it on after the delivery has made it to the location. All whole cakes must be packed in a proper cake box and in a state of complete product, chilled or frozen ready to be handed over to dispatch team. Show the dispatcher the cake condition before the cake is handed over for delivery.
