Frequent Asked Questions: "I don't understand the 3 hour or 1 hour delivery speed. Shouldn't courier deliver straight away after they have picked it up?
Answer: To be effective in deployment of delivery agents, we will arrange pickups according to nearest routes as possible. If you require an urgent delivery with 1 hour service, we will assign agents that are much free in their schedules so that the delivery will not have any delays should any of the earlier pickups are affected such as traffic conditions, weather, heavy rain which will slow down the road thus snowball into your arrangements. Therefore, if you select 1hr delivery service, we will assign someone who has no other fixed schedule during your booking blocked hours.
