Question: The time reflected on the calendar is the start of pickup time or it is the arrival delivery time?
Answer: It is the start of the delivery window. If you have selected a 3 hour delivery service, and you have selected 9am, it means the delivery window shall be 9am - 12pm. Delivery to arrive to recipient latest by 12pm.
Question: Will delivery agent arrive punctually?
Answer: Be it 1 hour or 3 hours delivery service, the total pickup and delivery timing is within block hours. Our delivery agent will contact you for their arrival time. If you need a punctual service pickup, there is a check box option to add on to your appointment.
Question: If I make booking at 10am , delivery agent came but I am not ready to pack the food. How?
Answer: For our agents to wait, it is additional cost of $10 per 10mins. It is wise to complete packing before the appointment bookings hours.
